The team is tasked with growing our Cloud customer portfolio through high touch consultative selling. Customer Care Position
This position is key to driving successful deployments. You will be primarily responsible for addressing clients’ request by phone, email and chat; as well as implementation of new orders, account modifications; and other ad hoc duties. You will work closely with clients as well as a wide variety of internal departments to ensure that all tasks are completed as required.
Business Development Representative (B2B) Position
In this position, your responsibility involves developing new business opportunities and prospecting for Hosted VoIP, SIP, Internet and Managed Service opportunities. You will develop and maintain your own sales pipeline, consistently hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Vigilant use of our CRM software will help you to manage and nurture all inbound leads and opportunities with excellence. In addition to phone, email, and in-person interaction with leads and customers, you will conduct customer discovery meetings and present solution demos, prepare and deliver quotes to customers, and convert customer approvals to sales orders.
